Individual Psychotherapy

Mindward offers individual psychology sessions that promote mental wellbeing and healing. Our experienced practitioners use an evidence-based approach to help you explore your unique life experiences, relationships, and feelings, so that you can find peace, balance, and wellbeing.

Group Psychotherapy
 

Our Group Psychology service provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to come together and explore their experiences with others. Our experienced psychologists facilitate the process, helping members to learn from each other's insights and develop new strategies for managing their emotions and behaviours.

The process of therapy involves actively increasing understanding about self with a trained professional during which we deliberately work towards a desired positive change.

Therapy

Our practice includes use of evidence based techniques while we maintain a  Humanistic Stance adhering to the tenets of Person Centered Therapy (inspired from the works of Carl Rogers).

Simultaneously, depending on our training, we take advantage of tools from Cognitive Approaches such as CBT, DBT, REBT, Mindfulness and Trauma Focused Approaches such as EMDR, Somatic Work and so on.

  • We will try to get back to you as soon as we receive your response. However it may take upto 48 hours for our therapist to get back to you sometimes due to high number of queries and ongoing sessions. 

  • We are likely to respond to you within working hours 10am to 730pm on weekdays and 11am to 130pm on Saturday. (Sundays are off.)

  • The purpose of the 15 minute consult will be to help you decide if Mindward is a right fit for you. 

  • It also helps our professinal decide if there is a specific therapist who would be more suited to your needs. 

  • It will also help us evaluate if we can be of any help to you and if not, we would be happy to make referrals to other reliable professionals outside Mindward (only within our capacity and knowledge)
